At NI Candle Supplies LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium fragrance oils and waxes. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive an authorization form.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all candle supplies are in their original packaging, unopened, and securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return label and send the package via a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
